About the ENEC


Mission

The Eastside Neighborhood Employment Center (ENEC) helps improve the economic and social conditions in the community through workforce development, job readiness training, career counseling, and job placement.

History

For over 25 years, the ENEC has served as a regional hub for providing individuals in Allegheny County with the tools needed to gain and retain employment in the 21st century.

Team

The ENEC works as an agent of change by bringing together residents, employers, and social support agencies to increase employment opportunities for East End residents.

Hours

Open Monday-Friday

9:00 am -5:30 pm

Learn and Earn Extra Hours Monday-Thursday: 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm
These hours are for application for the Pittsburgh Summer Youth Employment Program/Summer Learn and Earn.  No other services will be offered.

Open Saturday 

10:00 am – 5:00 pm
